Concert for the Cause "Movements for Mankind" - Prometheus Duo at Silver Music (NYC)

Come enjoy sonatas for saxophone and piano with Silver Music piano teacher, Marko Stuparevic and guest artist, Joseph Abad, together known as the Prometheus Duo. In response to the global refugee crisis, all proceeds for this event will be donated to the International Refugee Assistance Project, which provides legal advocacy for refugees and displaced people in need of a safe place to call home.

DMA Lecture Recital

Through the observation of elements and composition techniques used in the Second Piano Sonata the audience will learn about the life and works of Sergei Rachmaninoff. 

The lecture will include the performance of the 1931 version and excerpts from Rachmaninoff's piano concerti, etudes, preludes, symphonies, songs and other works.
